Minimum Order Requirements:
ByCASE.com is a wholesale website. The minimum order requirement is 6 pieces for each item.
Volume Orders:
We offer Special Pricing for large orders. Please see the Details page of each product for specific quantity pricing.
Please note: During your initial shopping, our system will allow you to add 100 pieces to your Shopping Cart. While you are viewing your Shopping Cart, you may change the quantity beyond 100 pieces, in the space provided, and then click "Update".
Custom Embroidery:
We offer custom embroidery of your logo or custom graphics. The first time set-up fee is $50.00 per logo or graphic, and $3.00 per item embroidered. We require a minimum of 12 bathrobes or towels for Custom Embroidery orders. Bathrobes and/or towels must be purchased before embroidery begins and cannot be returned once the embroidery is complete. If you prefer, a sample embroidery piece will be sent to you and we will await your approval before embroidery work is started. Completion and delivery time is approximately 7-10 days after you have approved the sample piece.
In Stock Inventory:
We keep our warehouse inventory fully stocked to accommodate our customers and provide speedy same day shipments. Being that we manufacture, import and distribute our own products, we cut out the costly "middle-man" and provide our valued customers with the best possible savings. We also carry a few items that are made by our manufacturing partners to provide a diverse selection of goods.

We are confident that our products will meet the scrutiny of any savvy buyer looking for the highest quality cotton products available on the market today. If you are not satisfied, you may return any order to us for a full refund of the cost of the merchandise within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
Payment Methods:
We accept most credit cards, personal or company checks, and PayPal for payment of your order. If paying by check, please send it to ByCASE.com, 17150 Newhope St. #904, Fountain Valley, CA 92708 and note your Order id # on the check. Orders will be shipped upon check clearance of 5-10 business days.
Shipping and Delivery Time:
Shipping cost will be displayed at the Shopping Cart page when adding items to your cart. We typically ship the same or next business day that your order is placed, Monday through Friday. We ship UPS Ground delivery method unless otherwise indicated in your shipping options. If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to accommodate.
We also offer drop-shipping and blind-shipping. The shipment will be per your instructions and will not include promotional items or invoices. Please email us at support@bycase.com or call us at (714) 241-8175 with any special instructions.
If you would like to pick up your order in person, please call us ahead of time at (714) 241-8175 to let us know you are coming. We will have your order boxed and ready to go.
Back Ordered Items:
Due to the overwhelming popularity of our bathrobes and towels, a product may be placed on Backorder until additional inventory is received. If an item is on backorder, we will notate the product's Details page of the backorder and restocking date. Backorders will be filled as soon as product is restocked and a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. If you have questions about your backordered item, please email us at support@bycase.com.
Change or Cancel Order
We do our best to ship all orders in the same day that the order is received. If you would like to change or add items to your order, please call us immediately at (714) 241-8175 or email us at order@bycase.com. We will try to accommodate your request to modify an order before the order is shipped out. If the order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled. However, you may return your items once you have received them. If you would like to cancel or return an order, please note our Return Policy.
Track Your Order:
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your shipment tracking number. Please keep the tracking number to reference the status of your shipment. If you do not receive your shipment within a reasonable time, please email us at order@bycase.com with your name, contact info, order number and tracking number and the best time to reach you.
Lost password:
If you have lost or do not remember your username and password, choose the Recover Password option. You will be asked for your email address, shortly you will receive the information you gave when you registered. If you need to change your username or password please contact us by email at support@bycase.com.
Exchange and Return Policy:
We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise. If you would like to return an unused item, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or credit within 30 days of the date of purchase. The refund or credit will not include any shipping charges shown on your invoice. A refund or credit will amount to the total cost of the product plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
To return merchandise, send an email to order@bycase.com that includes the purchaser's full name, invoice number, daytime phone number, email address and reason for the return. ByCASE.com Returns Department will issue you an RMA #. Write your RMA # on the outside of the return box, repack the items, enclose a copy of the original invoice, and ship the return within 5 days via USPS, UPS, RPS, FedEx or any other courier that will issue you a tracking number. An RMA # must appear on the outside of all return packages.
We suggest keeping your return shipment tracking number for your records. ByCASE.com reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
